Content & Usage Policy

This policy governs your use of AI Miniature Build Studio (the “Service”) and the content you upload and generate. By using the Service you agree to it.

Template — not legal advice. This document is a good-faith starting point that reflects common user-generated-content (UGC) and copyright (DMCA) requirements. Have qualified counsel review and complete the bracketed items (company details, designated agent, governing law) before you rely on it in production.

1. Your agreement

By creating a build you confirm you have read and accept this policy and our processing of your inputs to produce your video. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept this policy for it.

2. AI-generated content & disclosure

Videos are generated by AI models. Generated frames may carry invisible provenance watermarking (e.g. Google SynthID). You are responsible for disclosing AI use where the destination platform, advertising rules, or law require it (many jurisdictions and platforms now require clear AI/synthetic-media labeling).

3. Your content and the rights you grant

You retain ownership of the inputs you upload (product photos, logos, music). You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for everything you upload and generate.

You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed for all inputs, and that they do not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

4. Product, brand & likeness rights

If you upload images of a product, brand, or a person (including on-model apparel photos), you confirm you have all necessary rights and, for identifiable people, valid model/publicity releases. Do not upload third-party brands, trademarks, or a person’s likeness without authorization.

5. Music & audio rights

You may use our AI-generated soundtrack, or upload your own music. If you upload music you must affirmatively confirm that you own it or are fully licensed for this use, and that it is not third-party commercial or copyrighted music. Uploaded audio may be screened; tracks identified as commercial recordings are blocked, and infringing audio may be removed.

6. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person or brand. We screen inputs and may refuse or remove content that violates this policy.

7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respond to valid takedown notices and operate a repeat-infringer policy. To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including: identification of the work; identification and location of the material; your contact details; a good-faith statement; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized; and your signature.

Designated agent: [Name / email / mailing address — configure before launch].

Counter-notice: if your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same agent, after which the process follows applicable law.

8. Platform & advertising compliance

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you publish to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, etc.) and with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, including truth in advertising and required disclosures.

9. Disclaimers & governing law

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your use of generated content. This policy is governed by [governing law / jurisdiction — configure].
